As a psychologist with over a decade of experience, I understand how difficult it can be live with anxiety or negative thoughts. It can affect every aspect of your life – from work to relationships to your overall sense of self-worth. You don’t have to struggle alone; I can help.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, evidence-based and holistic. My goal is to guide you towards a more fulfilling life, where you feel like the best version of yourself.
I specialise in working with high achieving individuals who are struggling with anxiety, trauma or difficulties relating to adult ADHD.
